EL DERECHO AL AGUA: OBSERVATORIO COMUNITARIO DE DERECHOS HUMANOS
Este jueves nos reunimos con Roberto Valle, titular de Aguas Riojanas, para compartir el proyecto que vienen desarrollando conjuntamente la Secretaría de Relaciones con la Comunidad, secretaría DDHH y Juventud y Culturas, que plantea la observancia del acceso a todos los servicios del estado.
Se pudo charlar con mucha profundidad esta propuesta innovadora de crear el observatorio comunitario de derechos humanos.
Con la presencia de Miguel Galeano (relaciones con la comunidad), Delfor Pocho Brizuela,(Sec DDHH), Mauricio Castillo, Sergio Flores y Jorge Castro quienes agradecimos la predisposición para articular y su decisión de seguir trabajando en el desarrollo de esta propuesta.
